GORE v. STOWE (1987)

Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties herein requesting the dismissal the appeal it is ordered that the review heretofore granted February 10, 1987, is DISMISSED and the cause remanded to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Six, with directions to vacate its judgment, and remand to the Superior Court with instructions to enter an order consistent with the parties settlement agreement filed in this court on September 28, 1987.
