Braden T. HALE, etc., et al. v. CITY OF SANTA PAULA et al.
Plaintiff and appellant Braden T. Hale, a minor, through his guardian ad litem, having requested approval of the compromise of his claim and the Ventura County Superior Court having recommended approval of the proposed compromise, compromise of the minor's claim has been approved pursuant to and in conformity with the recommendation of the Ventura County Superior Court in its report of February 27, 1985.
The parties having stipulated to the dismissal of the appeal herein upon approval of the proposed compromise of the minor's claim, and in accordance with that stipulation, the appeal is dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs.
This order is final forthwith.
