GARRETT v. COAST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION (1984)

Pursuant to the report and findings of Judge Lester E. Olson, the referee appointed by this court to determine the fairness and validity of the parties' proposed settlement agreement in the above-entitled matter, the Los Angeles County Superior Court is directed to enter judgment approving and implementing the parties' settlement agreement.   The appeal from the original judgment in this matter, presently pending before this court, is hereby dismissed as moot.
