PEOPLE v. LOUD (1986)

The cause is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Four, for reconsideration in light of People v. Croy (1985) 41 Cal.3d 1, 221 Cal.Rptr. 592, 710 P.2d 392, with directions to invite further briefs on the applicability of “intent conceded” exception to the rule that instructional error on aiding and abetting requires reversal to circumstances in which the defendant did not concede the intent of the person who acted as an aider and abettor.  (See People v. Croy, supra, 41 Cal.3d at p. 12, fn. 5, 221 Cal.Rptr. 592, 710 P.2d 392.)
