The above-entitled matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Four, for reconsideration in light of People v. Equarte (1986) 42 Cal.3d 456, 229 Cal.Rptr. 116, 722 P.2d 890;  People v. Piper (1986) 42 Cal.3d 471, 229 Cal.Rptr. 125, 722 P.2d 899;  People v. Fritz (1985) 40 Cal.3d 227 and People v. Jackson (1985) 37 Cal.3d 826, 210 Cal.Rptr. 623, 694 P.2d 736.
