Robert Michael CHEFSKY v. The STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA.
Good cause appearing, the discipline imposed by our opinion filed May 10, 1984, 36 Cal.3d 116, 202 Cal.Rptr. 349, 680 P.2d 82, is modified to extend the time within which Robert Michael Chefsky is required to take and pass the Professional Responsibility Examination to June 9, 1985, and to delete the requirement that he comply with rule 955, California Rules of Court.
