HIATT v. CITY OF BERKELEY (1980)

The above entitled cause is retransferred to the Court of Appeal, First District, Division Two, 151 Cal.Rptr. 895, for reconsideration in light of Price v. Civil Service Commission, 26 Cal.3d 257, 161 Cal.Rptr. 475, 604 P.2d 1365, and United Steelworkers v. Weber (1979) 443 U.S. 193, 99 S.Ct. 2721, 61 L.Ed.2d 480.
