GRIFFITHS et al. v. DONOGHUE, Registrar of Voters, et al.
In this proceeding in mandamus the questions of law are the same as those involved in Youngman v. Peek (S.F. 16792) 1 in which a writ of mandate was denied on July 29, 1942. By the order in that proceeding the questions herein have become moot. This proceeding is therefore dismissed.
