In this proceeding in mandamus the questions of law are the same as those involved in Youngman v. Peek (S.F. 16792) ¹ in which a writ of mandate was denied on July 29, 1942. By the order in that proceeding the questions herein have become moot. This proceeding is therefore dismissed.
