On consideration of the petition for hearing in this court after decision of the appeal by the District Court of Appeal, it appearing that, in substance and effect, the views expressed by the District Court of Appeal in its written opinion with reference to the question at issue, correctly declare the conclusions in that regard that have been reached by this court, it is ordered that said petition for hearing be and it is denied.
