Richard SACHSE, for Himself and on Behalf of All Other Claimants Similarly Situated, Petitioner, v. Justus F. CRAEMER, as Building and Loan Commissioner of the State of California, Respondent.
This is a companion case to the case of Ventura Company, Inc., v. Craemer, 80 P.2d 720, this day decided. On the authority of that decision, and for the reasons set forth in the opinion filed therein, the petitioner herein is entitled to the writ of mandamus.
