FISCHER v. STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA.
The petition for a rehearing herein is denied.
Accompanying the petition herein for a rehearing, petitioner has requested this court to grant him permission to continue until its final disposition as the attorney in the case of Bankline v. Lumber Co., an action which now is and for some time past has been pending in the municipal court of the city of Los Angeles. It appearing that he has been the attorney of record in said cause from its commencement, and it further appearing that financial loss to his clients, parties to said action, might result to them if he be not permitted to continue as their attorney, good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ordered that petitioner be permitted and allowed to continue as said attorney in said cause until its final determination and conclusion. This order, however, shall not in anywise affect the order of disbarment heretofore made and affirmed by this court disbarring him from the practice of the law in this state, except in and as to the above-entitled cause.
