Ex parte ZADRO.
In denying a petition for hearing in this case, after decision by the District Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, we withhold approval of the statement in the opinion that the first thirteen counts are not triable in the superior court. If, in fact, the justice's court where the offense was committed is a class B justice's court, then, under the authority of People v. Tom Nop, 124 Cal. 150, 56 P. 786, jurisdiction would be in the superior court.
