Paul Eddy RICHARDSON, Plaintiff and Appellant, v. BOARD OF EDUCATION OF LOS ANGELES CITY SCHOOL DISTRICTS et al., Defendants and Respondents.
It appearing that a clerical misprision occurred in the order of the court deciding the above-entitled cause, after transfer from the District Court of Appeal, on file therein, as reported in 58 P.(2d) 1285, the order is corrected by striking from said opinion the last paragraph, as follows: ‘The alternative writ of mandate heretofore issued is discharged and the peremptory writ is denied,’ and inserting in lieu thereof, the words: ‘The judgment is affirmed.’ See 58 P.(2d) 1285, at page 1287.
