In denying the petitions for hearing herein, we withhold approval from that portion of the decision of the District Court of Appeal of the Third Appellate District to the effect that the deed here involved, even if ineffective as a corporation instrument, was nevertheless a sufficient conveyance from the president of the corporation, as an individual, to vest title in the grantee named therein.
