The petition for rehearing herein is denied. In the above-entitled action the opinion of this court filed March 21, 1935, is hereby modified by striking out the following words appearing at the beginning of the fifth sentence of said opinion: ‘It is also admitted by petitioner’ and inserting in their place the words: ‘We are satisfied from the evidence.’
