Good cause appearing, it is ordered that the opinion of this court in the aboveentitled matter, filed April 18, 1935, and appearing in 44 P.(2d) 567, 568, be amended by striking out therefrom the sentences on page 568, column 1, reading as follows: ‘That case involved the estate of a minor; the instant case is concerned with the estate of an incompetent. However, the underlying principles are the same, and the basis of the rule, the disability of the ward, is present in each case.’
