Morris Lavine, of Los Angeles, in pro. per. Norman S. Sterry, Louis W. Myers, and Philbrick McCoy, all of Los Angeles, for respondent State Bar.

The petition for a rehearing herein is denied.

The opinion is modified by striking therefrom the fourth sentence in the first paragraph appearing in volume 41 P.(2d) at page 161, reading as follows: ‘No claim is here made that the pardon was the result of a subsequent showing of petitioner's innocence of the crime.’
