IN RE: SCHNURR'S ESTATE.
Upon the foregoing stipulation, it is ordered (1) that the judgment of the superior court of Los Angeles county, sustaining the contest to the allowance of the claim of the appellants and claimants herein against the estate of William Schnurr, deceased, be reversed, with directions to the trial court to dismiss the contest of the contestant and respondent and to make its order for the payment of the claim of the claimants and appellants in the due course of administration of said estate in the sum of $8,172.09, together with interest at the rate of 7 per cent. on said sum from the 24th day of November, 1930, the date of the approval of said claim by the trial court, until said claim is paid; (2) that claimants and appellants be a warded costs of their appeal herein; (3) that the remittitur be issued forthwith.
