The PEOPLE of the State of California, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. Sam BREYER, Defendant and Appellant.
The petition of appellant for a hearing of this cause is hereby denied. Said petition, of course, does not ask for a hearing of that portion of the decision of the District Court of Appeal which reverses his conviction under the second count of said indictment. This order denying said petition is, therefore, necessarily confined to that portion of the opinion dealing with appellant's conviction under the first count of said indictment, and is not to be construed as an expression of approval or disapproval of any other portion of said decision.
PER CURIAM.
