Petitioner O.V.’s application to file the unredacted petition for review under seal is granted. (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 2.550(d), 8.46(b).) In ordering the sealing, this court makes the findings required by California Rules of Court, rules 2.550(d) and 8.46(d)(6). The clerk of this court is directed to file the unredacted petition for review under seal.
The petitions for review are granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Ellingburg v. United States (2026) 607 U.S. ––––, 146 S.Ct. 564, ––– L.Ed.2d ––––. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
The Reporter of Decisions is directed not to publish in the Official Appellate Reports the opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed December 23, 2025, which appears at 117 Cal.App.5th 388, 340 Cal.Rptr.3d 306. (Cal. Const., art. VI, § 14; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.1125(c)(2).)
