PEOPLE v. BUTLER (2025)

Dismissed and remanded to CA 2/8. Review in the above-captioned matter, which was granted and held for People v. Faial (2025) 18 Cal.5th 199, 335 Cal.Rptr.3d 20, 572 P.3d 510 and People v. Prudholme (2023) 14 Cal.5th 961, 309 Cal.Rptr.3d 814, 531 P.3d 341, is hereby dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).)
