Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).) The opinion filed by the Court of Appeal on June 2, 2022, sub nom. The Assn. of Deputy Dist. Attorneys etc. v. Gascon, which appears at 79 Cal.App.5th 503, 295 Cal.Rptr.3d 1, is hereby ordered not citable and nonprecedential. (Cal. Const., art. VI, section 14; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.1125(c)(2).)
