Respondent's Motion for Transfer to the Court of Appeal is granted. The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Assembly Bill No. 2483 (Stats. 2024, ch. 964). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
