THE COURT: Pursuant to the mandate of the United States Supreme Court in Farmer v. United Brotherhood of Crapenters & Joiners of America, Local 25, et al., 430 U.S. 290, 94 LRRM 2759, 45 LW 4263 (filed March 7, 1977) vacating our judgment in Hill v. United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 25, et al., 49 Cal.App.3d 614, 90 LRRM 2467, we reverse the judgment of the Superior Court in Hill (filed June 30, 1975, 49 Cal.App.3d 614, 90 LRRM 2467), and the case is remanded to that court for further proceedings in accordance with the principles enunciated in Farmer.
