The petition for a writ of supersedeas is granted and the enforcement of the judgment entered April 6, 1973 in Alameda County Superior Court Action No. 427816, Shelly Mandel v. Frederick B. Hodges, et al., is stayed pending the decision on the appeal from said judgment. Pending the determination of that portion of the petition relating to a writ of prohibition, and subject to the further order of this court, it is further ordered that all subsequent and auxiliary proceedings in the above entitled case be and are hereby stayed.
