ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR REHEARING
Petitioner and appellant (wife) having timely petitioned for a rehearing with reference to the Decision and Order on Order to Show Cause filed November 4, 1991, and respondent (husband) having filed his answer to such petition, and the fact being that the sanctions of $10,000 imposed on wife represented $5,000 on account of husband's attorney's fees and $5,000 imposed per Summers v. City of Cathedral City, 225 Cal.App.3d 1047, 1079, 275 Cal.Rptr. 594, and it appearing that the award of attorney's fees was possibly unreasonably low, and good cause otherwise appearing.
IT IS ORDERED that the petition for rehearing filed herein on November 18, 1991, be and the same is hereby granted.
