ORDER
Having received the remittitur and opinion of the Supreme Court appearing at 51 Cal.3d 34, 270 Cal.Rptr. 611, 792 P.2d 643, the court summarizes the disposition of this case as follows:
Pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court, the judgment as to counts 19, 20, 22 and 23 is affirmed. Pursuant to those portions of this court's original opinion not reviewed by the Supreme Court, the judgment as to counts 1, 2 and 3 is reversed. The judgment is affirmed in all other respects. The case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with these opinions, including retrial on counts 1, 2 and 3, and/or if there is no retrial, resentencing on counts 4, 11, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 and 28.
