Pursuant to the directions of the United States Supreme Court's order filed June 30, 1994, ––– U.S. ––––, 114 S.Ct. 2776, 129 L.Ed. 888 the judgment of this court dated August 19, 1993, 17 Cal.App.4th 1543, 22 Cal.Rptr.2d 184, is vacated.
It is further ordered that the remittitur issued on November 15, 1993, is recalled. The clerk of the superior court is directed to return the original remittitur to this court.
