The REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, Petitioner, v. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS BOARD, Respondent; William H. WILSON, et al., Real Parties in Interest.
Pursuant to the United States Supreme Court decision in Regents of the University of California v. Public Employment Relations Board (1988) 485 U.S. 589, 108 S.Ct. 1404, 99 L.Ed.2d 664, we direct that our judgment in this proceeding be vacated and that a new judgment consistent with the United States Supreme Court decision be entered. Accordingly, the order of the Public Employment Relations Board is reversed.
