GENERAL FOUNDRY SERVICE and California Casualty Insurance Co., Petitioners, v. WORKERS' COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD of the State of California, William Edwin Jackson, and California Employment Development Department, Respondents.
Pursuant to the decision of the Supreme Court, the Board's decision of April 4, 1983, is annulled, and the matter is remanded to the Board for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of the Supreme Court. Each party shall bear its own costs.
