(1) Appellant's request to produce additional evidence on appeal in continued for hearing at the time of hearing of the appeal on the merits; the Attorney General is requested to file a memorandum stating his views relative to the application not later than 10 days before such date of hearing;
(2) Appellant is granted to and including January 16, 1964, within which to serve and file his opening brief on appeal.
