Ex parte CARR.
It appearing that the petitioner herein was heretofore admitted to bail in the sum of $100 pending the hearing of her petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, and that sais writ was thereafter discharged and the petitioner was remanded to custody; and
It appearing that said petitioner did not surrender herself to the custody of the sheriff of Monterey County;
It is ordered that said bail is hereby declared forfeited and that the money be paid over to the treasurer of Monterey County under section 1307 of the Penal Code.
