The opinion herein reported in 44 P.(2d) 582 is hereby modified by striking therefrom the following language appearing in the second paragraph of the opinion and beginning on line 28 of column 2, page 582: “A subsidiary company organized by the bank for the purpose of handling and operating a large number of farms which had been taken over by it” and substituting therefor the following: “A company with which the bank had a working agreement for the purpose of handling and operating a large number of farms which had been taken over by it.”
