MEYER & HOLLER v. RAMONA VILLAGE et al.
On consideration of the petition presented to this court by the appellants for a rehearing of their appeal, it is ordered that the words “and severally” that occur in the fifth and sixth lines of the fifth paragraph, and the words “and several” that occur in the third line of the ninth paragraph, of the opinion of this court heretofore filed herein, and as the said words appear in the advance sheets of 43 P.(2d) 823 at pages 825 and 826, respectively, be and they are eliminated from said opinion.
It is further ordered that the said petition for rehearing herein be and it is denied.
