MORRIS v. GIBSON (RECLAMATION DIST. NO. 108 et al., interveners).
The opinion heretofore filed in this cause is hereby set aside and the petitions for rehearing are hereby granted, for the purpose of having an accounting taken after reference therefor, in order that it may be determined whether the bond fund of Reclamation District No. 108 is or is not insolvent, and also, as to what the financial condition of said district actually is. After an accounting is had, the cause will be placed upon the calendar for further hearing.
