Louise M. PETERSON, Plaintiff and Appellant, v. CORPORATION OF AMERICA (a Corporation), Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association (a Corporation), First Doe, Second Doe and Third Doe, Defendants and Respondents.
Plaintiff brought an action similar to that brought in the companion case of Louise M. Peterson v. Corporation of America, 69 P.(2d) 904, the opinion in which last mentioned case has been this day filed. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants.
The facts in the two cases are substantially the same for the purpose of this discussion except as noted in the opinion in Burg Bros. v. Corporation of America (Cal.App.) 69 P.(2d) 908.
The contentions of appellant here are covered by the discussion in the opinion above mentioned and for the reasons stated in said opinion we conclude that no ground for reversal has been shown.
The judgment is affirmed.
SPENCE, Acting Presiding Justice.
We concur: STURTEVANT, J.; DOOLING, Justice pro tem.
