Pursuant to stipulation, it is ordered that the judgment against defendant Bank of America National Trust & Savings Association entered in the above-entitled action be reduced to the sum of $9,944.14, which includes costs of suit in the trial court and interest to July 15, 1935, and, as so reduced, the judgment is affirmed, but neither party shall recover costs of appeal, and remittitur shall issue forthwith.
