The petitions are denied for the reason that section 634 of the Code of Civil Procedure, requiring the service of findings of fact and conclusions of law, is directory. Hammond Lumber Company v. Henry, 87 Cal. App. 231, 261 P. 1027; Manfre v. Sharp, 210 Cal. 479, 292 P. 465; Lorraine v. McComb (Cal. Sup.) 32 P. (2d) 960.
