This action involves the same questions considered in Provident Land Corp. v. Zumwalt (Cal.App.) 71 P.(2d) 825, and by reason of what is stated in the opinion in that case filed this day, and reference to which is hereby made, the judgment is reversed, with directions to the trial court to overrule the demurrer interposed by the defendants and allow the defendants, if so advised, to file answers within such reasonable time as the court may determine.
