This is a companion case to Altramano et al. v. W. W. Swan, Lillian J. Swan and Juanita Swan, 119 P.2d 401, this day decided.

As the parties have filed a stipulation in this case stating that our decision in the companion case above mentioned will be decisive of this appeal, and that the same judgment should be entered herein as is entered therein, the order appointing the receiver in this case is accordingly reversed.
