ORDER MODIFYING OPINION
[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on 12/04/12, and certified for publication on 1/03/13, be modified as follows on the court's own motion:
1. On page 8, in the first (and only) full paragraph, the following sentence should be added after the second sentence: “Stender declared that the People's declarants were advised that Guajardo did not represent them and that Stender or other attorneys in the office were handling their files.” The paragraph then continues “It was IPG's policy, ․ “ with no further changes.
2. On page 9, in the first full paragraph, the second sentence should be deleted in its entirety. The first (and only remaining) sentence of that paragraph should then be moved to the end of the previous paragraph, right after footnote 6.
There is no change in the judgment.
