THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. SAMUEL CASTRO, Defendant and Appellant.
Court Security Fee Required
Respondent asserts that the trial court erred by failing to impose a court security fee as to each offense as is required by section 1465.8, subdivision (a)(1). (See People v. Schoeb (2005) 132 Cal.App.4th 861, 865-866.) Castro tacitly concedes and we agree. We will therefore order a modification in the abstract of judgment to include the required court security fee of $60, consisting of $20 for each of the three counts for which Castro was convicted.
NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
