STATE of Arizona, Appellee, v. Jarrad Trevor BARNES, Appellant.
ORDER
On May 4, 2021, the Court of Appeals filed its Opinion in this matter vacating Defendant Jarrad Trevor Barnes' (“Appellant”) conviction and sentence for endangerment and remanding for retrial on that count alone and affirming Appellant's remaining convictions and sentences.
On June 30, 2021, Appellee State of Arizona (“State”) filed a Petition for Review in this Court. On July 29, 2021, Appellant filed a Response to Petition for Review.
On August 25, 2022, via minute letter, the Court denied the State's petition for review.
Upon consideration by the full Court, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING,
IT IS ORDERED that paragraphs 21-31 of the Court of Appeals' Opinion shall not be published, pursuant to Rule 111(g), Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court.
