After Remand by the Alabama Supreme Court

On the authority of Ex parte Gardner, 329 So. 3d 64 (Ala. 2020), the judgment of the Montgomery Circuit Court is reversed and this cause remanded for proceedings consistent with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
