The issues raised in this appeal are substantially identical to the issues addressed in Complete Cash Holdings, LLC v. Fryer, 297 So. 3d 1223 (Ala. Civ. App. 2019), cert. denied, Ex parte Fryer, (No. 1190045, Dec. 13, 2019); the parties agree that our opinion in that case is controlling and have jointly moved in this appeal for a judgment reversing the judgment of the Cullman Circuit Court made the basis of the appeal. Accordingly, on the authority of Complete Cash Holdings, supra, the judgment of the Cullman Circuit Court is reversed, and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
