On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

This court's prior judgment of March 9, 2018, has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte Marshall Cty. Dep't of Human Res., 288 So.3d 483 (Ala. 2019). In compliance with the directive set out in that opinion, we remand the cause to the Marshall Juvenile Court for it to vacate its October 19, 2017, judgment.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
