The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the case remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. See Ex parte Alfa Mut. Ins. Co., [Ms. SC-2024-0736, Apr. 25, 2025] ___ So. 3d ___ (Ala. 2025). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court's opinion in Ex parte Alfa Mutual Insurance Co., the decision of the Geneva Circuit Court is now affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
