Order
On consideration of the Petition for Hearing filed on 3/16/2023, and the Response filed on 6/2/2023,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. The Petition for Hearing is GRANTED.
2. Formal briefs conforming to Appellate Rule 212 and excerpts conforming to Appellate Rule 210 shall be filed. The petitioner's opening brief and excerpt shall be served and filed on or before 11/2/2023. Briefing and excerpting shall thereafter proceed on the schedule prescribed in Appellate Rule 212(a)(1).
3. The petition will be handled on an expedited basis. After a party has exhausted routine extensions under Appellate Rule 503.5, that party will not be granted further extensions absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.
4. Either party may request oral argument within the time allowed by Appellate Rule 505.
