It is ordered that the opinion filed in the above-entitled action be amended by striking from the first paragraph thereof the words “judgment entered thereon” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Order denying the motion of defendants for judgment not-withstanding the verdict”; and also by striking from the last paragraph of the opinion the word “judgment,” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “order.”
