KRYSTLE ELAYNE WILSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
No. 05–11–01332–CR
-- April 20, 2012
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice O'Neill
Krystle Elayne Wilson was convicted of theft of property having an aggregate value of $1500 or more but less than $20,000 and sentenced to seven months' confinement in a state jail. We adopted the trial court's findings regarding why appellant's brief has not been filed, concluded appellant has abandoned the appeal, and ordered the appeal submitted without briefs. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
